…Years ago, I was part of a UO study of the aging athlete. Got some of those tests, including the DEXA.

Last night I was in a 5K.  Was running a comfortably low 25 minute pace when I got a left hamstring cramp or pull in the final mile. So I decided to walk it in. After a bit, I found myself able to trot the last half mile. Surprised the 27:36  wasn’t way-worse. A few weeks ago I had something like that in my right calf. Cleared up a few days later.
