With sweetheart Libbie Marshall, we raced the Skandia 5K. Lib won her age group (70-79) with a 47:15.3 Don was second in his age group (winner six year younger) with a 28:18.8. Results
Tonight was the last of the 2023 All Comers meets at Hayward Field. The mile had 46 racers. largest field in All Comers history. My time was 8:48.50, about eight seconds faster than two weeks ago. In cheater shoes on maybe the fastest track in the world. Beat four people. Next race is a 5K on August 12. With my sweetheart.
