Supershoes …Got an early version of the Vaporfly. On the first outing I reduced my 5K time by 40 seconds. …The sales guy, a Nike employee. told me in confidence that the Vaporfly magic dissipates after 100 miles.  That and the dissipation of old age makes racing prospects a bit grim.
